Victor Katsman, DDS, graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. His goal is to offer dental care and services that everyone in the community feels confident in. He strives to ensure that every patient receives the care they need and deserve.
Dr. Katsman lives in Westchester, NY with his wife Lauren and their three girls, Amelia, Ellie, and Emma.
Jerold Levinbook, DMD, has dedicated more than 50 years to providing compassionate and personalized dental care. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Levinbook also proudly served in the Army Dental Corps and completed additional training at the Long Island Dental Study Club.
Throughout his career, Dr. Levinbook has enjoyed working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. He believes dentistry is about more than just treating teeth — it is about caring for people and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and understood. His calm demeanor and gentle communication style help patients feel relaxed and at ease during their visits.
Dr. Levinbook is especially passionate about smile repair and improving patients’ quality of life through thoughtful and personalized treatment. He believes in speaking with patients in a caring and respectful way, always taking the time to educate and support them throughout their dental journey.
One of the things Dr. Levinbook appreciates most about the practice is the strong sense of teamwork and the opportunity to mentor and educate younger team members. He values creating a positive environment where both patients and staff feel supported and cared for.
Christopher W. Oglesby, DDS, has been providing exceptional dental care with compassion and dedication for more than 34 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook in 1987 before receiving his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 1992. He later completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 1994.
Dr. Oglesby is committed to delivering comprehensive dental care with a strong emphasis on cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. Known for his caring and patient-focused approach, he takes pride in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while ensuring they feel comfortable throughout every step of treatment.
Dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Oglesby is certified in Clear Aligners and Oral Sedation and regularly participates in continuing education courses. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the East End Dental Society.
In his free time, he enjoys playing bass guitar, deck hockey, chess, and is the proud father of four children.
Jonathan M. Cohen, DDS, was born and raised in Great Neck, NY.
He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with multiple honors.
He then completed a General Practice Residency at North Shore LIJ, where he was able to gain more clinical exposure to all aspects of restorative dentistry, Dental Implantology and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
After completing his general practice training, he went on to complete five years of residency in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and University Hospital, a Level One Trauma Center in Newark, NJ.
During his last year of residency, he served as the Chief Resident. During that time he would perform the most complex procedures while having the opportunity to educate students and residents in both clinical and academic Oral Surgery.
While training at Rutgers, Dr. Cohen twice received the patient advocacy award, recognized by the hospital for his gentle nature and excellence in patient care. Dr. Cohen has active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Nicole A. Teehan, DDS, is a compassionate and patient-focused dentist who has been dedicated to the field of dentistry since 2001. She began her career as a dental assistant before returning to school to pursue her dental degree, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and the dental experience.
She earned her dental education from the Loma Linda School of Dentistry and completed her Chief Residency at Brookdale Hospital from 2016 to 2017. Dr. Teehan is passionate about oral rehabilitation and helping patients regain both comfort and function through personalized treatment plans.
Known for her gentle, personal, and patient-focused approach, Dr. Teehan believes in making every patient feel comfortable and cared for during their visit. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping create a positive dental experience, especially for those who may feel anxious about treatment.
Dr. Teehan values collaboration with her team members to provide comprehensive patient care and believes in treating patients with honesty and compassion. Her philosophy is to recommend the same care she would suggest for her own family members.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Teehan enjoys traveling, running marathons, and spending time with her four dogs and two cats. Patients may also be surprised to learn that she owns a bar in Queens, reflecting her energetic and entrepreneurial personality.
Antonio Del Valle, DMD, MD, FACS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in private practice. He is one of the few oral surgeons in the New York region to earn both DMD and MD degrees.
Dr. Del Valle earned his DMD degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry in 1996 and completed his residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Jersey City Medical Center in 2000. After several years in practice, he attended Jefferson Medical College and earned his MD degree in 2007. Following medical school, he completed one year of general surgery residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center in 2008.
His professional experience includes serving as Assistant Program Director of Residency Training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln Medical Center and Chief of OMS at the Bronx VA Medical Center in affiliation with Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Del Valle is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He also holds attending privileges at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Lenox Hill Hospital and is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
When he’s out of the office, he enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Jonathan Morcos, DDS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive oral, implant, and dentalveolar surgery care to his patients.
Born in Nassau County, New York, Dr. Morcos earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University before completing four years of specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center. His training concluded with serving as Chief Resident in the Department of Oral Surgery.
Dr. Morcos remains committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in oral surgery and patient care. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Dental Association. He is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Dental General Anesthesia.
Throughout his career, Dr. Morcos has performed countless procedures ranging from wisdom teeth extractions to maxillofacial trauma and reconstructive surgery. He is also experienced in research and education, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national conventions on topics including implant surgery, facial trauma, and orthognathic surgery.
Dr. Morcos has lectured at venues including the Greater New York Dental Meeting, the New York State Society for Oral Surgery meetings, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons meetings, and New York University.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Morcos enjoys spending time with his wife and young children.
Rafael Badalov, DDS, provides care at our Selden, Commack, Village, Freeport, and Hauppauge locations. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2022, completed a General Practice Dentistry Residency at Kings County Hospital Center in 2023, and an Internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center in 2025.
Dr. Badalov has also completed live implant training (May 2026) and is pursuing Master membership with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and membership with the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP). He has been practicing dentistry since 2022, inspired by his childhood pediatric dentist, whose energy, compassion, and ability to make patients feel at ease sparked his passion for dentistry and surgical care.
Dr. Badalov enjoys alleviating pain, helping patients improve their oral health and quality of life, and educating them so they can make informed decisions about their long-term dental health. He is especially passionate about dentoalveolar surgery, complex extractions, implant-based restorations, oral pathology, and the surgical management of complex cases.
He finds it incredibly rewarding to restore patients’ function, comfort, and confidence through surgical care, while emphasizing comprehensive treatment planning, bone grafting, socket preservation, and ridge augmentation to achieve lasting results.

He strives to provide honest treatment planning, precise and gentle care, and an experience where every patient feels heard, comfortable, and better than when they arrived. Outside of work, Dr. Badalov enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, reading, exercising, running, and relaxing with great movies and television series. Some of his favorites include Pulp Fiction, The Dark Knight, Game of Thrones, and The Sopranos.
A fun fact that patients may enjoy is that he once removed a tooth from a crocodile—yes, really! One of his favorite quotes is, “Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.”
Lisa is a Registered Dental Hygienist serving patients at the Hauppauge, Commack, and Selden locations.
Lisa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and an Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences with a focus in Dental Hygiene. She is also a member of the Queens County Dental Society.
She has worked in dentistry for over 10 years, beginning her career as a dental assistant before furthering her education in dental hygiene because of her love for clinical dentistry. Lisa enjoys helping patients achieve the smile they have always dreamed of while also improving their overall oral health.
Lisa values building personal relationships with her patients. She is especially passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and periodontic specialty care.
Her approach to patient care is compassionate, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused, with the goal of helping patients achieve all of their dental health goals.
She appreciates the family-like team environment within the practice and the shared commitment to providing the best care possible for patients. She also values the use of advanced technology, including Laser Bacterial Removal Therapy, to help ensure patients maintain stable and healthy periodontium.
Victoria is a Registered Dental Hygienist, providing compassionate, patient-centered care at both the Commack and Selden locations. With six years of experience in dentistry, she began her career as a dental assistant before pursuing her passion for preventive care by earning her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Plaza College.
Victoria is certified in local anesthesia and CPR and is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA). She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and patient care.
Passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education, Victoria enjoys helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. She believes that empowering patients with knowledge can transform their approach to dental care, allowing them to move from reactive treatment to lifelong healthy habits.
Known for her compassionate, gentle, and educational approach, Victoria takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns, explain treatment clearly, and create personalized care plans that support long-term oral health. Dentistry is a family tradition for Victoria—her grandfather, two uncles, and brother have all worked in the dental field, making oral healthcare a lifelong passion.
Outside the office, Victoria loves exploring new destinations and making the most of every season. Whether she’s snowboarding in the winter, hiking in the spring and fall, or relaxing at the beach during the summer, she enjoys staying active and embracing the outdoors. One of her personal goals is to visit all 50 U.S. states—and she’s already halfway there. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with her family and friends.
