Dr. Katsman lives in Westchester, NY with his wife Lauren and their three girls, Amelia, Ellie, and Emma.
David Parnagian, DMD, graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine in 1985, followed by a General Practice Residency at SUNY University Hospital at Stony Brook. He has been a valued member of Your Smile Dental of Lindenhurst and has proudly served the Lindenhurst community for more than 30 years. With decades of experience, he brings not only exceptional clinical expertise but also a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
For Dr. Parnagian, dentistry is more than just a profession—it is something he truly loves. That enthusiasm is reflected in the personalized care and attention he gives every patient. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing whenever he can and traveling with friends and family, embracing new experiences and perspectives. Brittany Abshire, DMD, is a compassionate and experienced general dentist serving patients in Lindenhurst and Commack. With over 15 years in the dental field, Dr. Abshire began her career as a dental assistant before pursuing her passion for dentistry and becoming a practicing dentist. Her early experiences in patient care inspired her dedication to helping people improve their oral health, confidence, and overall well-being.
Dr. Abshire earned her dental degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Nassau University Medical Center, where she developed an advanced focus on implant dentistry.
She is especially passionate about implant dentistry, restorative care, and integrating advanced technology into modern dental treatment. By utilizing digital workflows and modern techniques, Dr. Abshire focuses on delivering precise, efficient, and comfortable care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Natascia Sawh, DDS, provides compassionate, expert dental care at Your Smile Dental of Lindenhurst and Lindenhurst Village Dental. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she studied from 2020 to 2024, and completed her General Practice Residency at Stony Brook University from 2024 to 2025.
Dr. Sawh is passionate about restorative dentistry and takes pride in helping patients preserve their natural teeth whenever possible. Whether repairing a chipped tooth, restoring a broken tooth with a crown, or replacing missing teeth with dentures, she finds the greatest reward in seeing patients leave with healthier smiles and renewed confidence. One of her favorite moments is when patients who arrive feeling anxious tell her afterward that their visit “wasn’t so bad.”
Understanding that many people have dental anxiety stemming from past experiences, Dr. Sawh approaches every patient with compassion, patience, and a gentle touch. Katelin is the Lead Hygienist for all Your Smile Group® Affiliated practices. She has been working as a Dental Hygienist since 2011.
Katelin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Farmingdale State College. Growing up with a mother who was a nurse and a father who was a pharmacist inspired her passion for healthcare and helping people.
She enjoys connecting with patients and building relationships with people from all different backgrounds. Katelin loves educating patients and helping them stay calm during their visits, which she believes helps improve their overall health. Some of her patients have even become friends over the years.
Her favorite area of dentistry is treating gingivitis and periodontitis, and she finds it especially fulfilling to help patients return to a healthy state.
Katelin describes her approach to patient care as passionate, empathetic, and thorough. She appreciates the supportive and connected hygiene team at the practice and enjoys the fun and positive culture they share while working together.
A fun fact about Katelin is that she has been featured several times in Dental Product Shopper magazine, including a two-page spread and interview about the Gemini laser from Ultradent, among other features.
Outside of work, Katelin enjoys spending time with her son Oliver and daughter Audrey, as well as family and friends. She also enjoys live music on the beach, pickleball, and Pilates.
Taylor is a compassionate and dedicated dental hygienist who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care experience. She is known for her gentle and educational approach to patient treatment.
Taylor earned an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Nassau Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from SUNY Old Westbury, and an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene. Her diverse educational background allows her to connect with patients on both a personal and professional level while providing thorough and attentive care.
One of the things Taylor enjoys most about working with patients is helping them feel calm, comfortable, and at ease during their visits. She understands that dental appointments can sometimes be stressful, and she takes pride in creating a supportive environment where patients feel cared for and informed.

Jamie works at Your Smile Dental in Lindenhurst and has been working in dentistry for 17 years.
Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Farmingdale State University. She is CPR certified and has completed additional training in pediatrics.
She was inspired to enter the dental field because she wanted a career in healthcare without pursuing nursing. Jamie enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, educating families, building relationships, and easing the fear often associated with dental visits. She especially enjoys seeing patients improve their home care and return looking healthier than before.

Hanifa is a licensed dental hygienist with certifications in CPR, infection control and barrier precautions, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide administration. Her commitment to continuing education and patient safety allows her to provide comfortable, high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs.
