Victor Katsman, DDS
General Practitioner/OWNER
Victor Katsman, DDS, graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. His goal is to offer dental care and services that everyone in the community feels confident in. He strives to ensure that every patient receives the care they need and deserve.
Dr. Katsman lives in Westchester, NY with his wife Lauren and their three girls, Amelia, Ellie, and Emma.
David Parnagian, DMD
General Practitioner
David Parnagian, DMD, graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine in 1985, followed by a General Practice Residency at SUNY University Hospital at Stony Brook. He has been a valued member of Your Smile Dental of Lindenhurst and has proudly served the Lindenhurst community for more than 30 years. With decades of experience, he brings not only exceptional clinical expertise but also a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
For Dr. Parnagian, dentistry is more than just a profession—it is something he truly loves. That enthusiasm is reflected in the personalized care and attention he gives every patient. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing whenever he can and traveling with friends and family, embracing new experiences and perspectives. He values strong relationships, trust, and a commitment to excellence in everything he does.
Rebecca Maawad, DDS, MS
General Practitioner
Rebecca Maawad, DDS, MS, works at the Freeport location. She completed her GPR at Wyckoff HEIGHTS Medical Center, attended New York University College of Dental Medicine for dental school, earned a Master of Science in Oral Health Sciences from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University. She is a member of the New York State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the New York County Dental Society. She focuses her continuing education on endodontics and attends the American Association of Endodontics Annual Meetings to learn more about the field.
Dr. Maawad has worked in dentistry for about two years and was drawn to the field by the combination of healthcare, creativity, science, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She most enjoys making patients get over their fear of dentists and dentistry, making anxious patients feel at ease, and taking time to educate patients. She is passionate about emergency care to get patients out of pain, preventative education, and giving patients confidence in their smile and oral health. Her approach to patient care is empathetic, compassionate, gentle, and relationship focused.
Dr. Maawad appreciates the team culture and patient relationships at the practice. Outside of work, she loves traveling, baking, photography, and visiting art museums on the weekends. She also teaches at a general dentistry residency program in Brooklyn and is passionate about teaching the future of dentistry.

Antonio Casanova, DDS

Antonio Casanova, DDS, is a trustworthy dentist with 29 years of experience carefully analyzing patient dental problems by studying symptoms and conducting treatment accordingly. He has sound knowledge of the proper use of dental equipment and tools and efficiently handles back-to-back patients while educating them on different aspects of dental healthcare.
Dr. Casanova has experience in all phases of dentistry, including tooth repair, dental impressions, preventive care, placing crowns, tooth extraction, root canal procedures, cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, emergency dental care, treatment planning, and oral cancer screenings. He has also designed and fitted patients with dentures, bridges, and other prosthodontic dental appliances.
His professional experience includes serving as a dentist at The Smilist in Garden City, NY, and practicing with Antonio Casanova & Bruce Goldman where he worked in private practice, all phases of dentistry, and an administrative position. He also completed a postgraduate implant program at NYU and worked as an associate dentist and dentist in previous positions.
Dr. Casanova earned his DDS in Dentistry from NYU, completing his degree from 1990 to 1994, and completed a residency program at Queens Hospital Center. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with dental hygienists to ensure optimal patient care, adhered to professional standards of practice, participated in continuing education courses, and developed long-term relationships with patients through excellent customer service skills. He is also native/bilingual in Spanish.

Natascia Sawh, DDS, provides compassionate, expert dental care at Your Smile Dental of Lindenhurst and Lindenhurst Village Dental. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she studied from 2020 to 2024, and completed her General Practice Residency at Stony Brook University from 2024 to 2025.
Dr. Sawh is passionate about restorative dentistry and takes pride in helping patients preserve their natural teeth whenever possible. Whether repairing a chipped tooth, restoring a broken tooth with a crown, or replacing missing teeth with dentures, she finds the greatest reward in seeing patients leave with healthier smiles and renewed confidence. One of her favorite moments is when patients who arrive feeling anxious tell her afterward that their visit “wasn’t so bad.”
Understanding that many people have dental anxiety stemming from past experiences, Dr. Sawh approaches every patient with compassion, patience, and a gentle touch. She is committed to creating a comfortable, positive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout their treatment.

Brittany Abshire, DMD

Brittany Abshire, DMD, is a compassionate and experienced general dentist serving patients in Lindenhurst and Commack. With over 15 years in the dental field, Dr. Abshire began her career as a dental assistant before pursuing her passion for dentistry and becoming a practicing dentist. Her early experiences in patient care inspired her dedication to helping people improve their oral health, confidence, and overall well-being.
Dr. Abshire earned her dental degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Nassau University Medical Center, where she developed an advanced focus on implant dentistry.
She is especially passionate about implant dentistry, restorative care, and integrating advanced technology into modern dental treatment. By utilizing digital workflows and modern techniques, Dr. Abshire focuses on delivering precise, efficient, and comfortable care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Joseph A. Canterino, DDS, has been proudly serving patients for more than 46 years with a commitment to compassionate, detail-oriented dental care. He earned his DDS degree from Georgetown University and has continued advancing his expertise through ongoing professional education, including training at The Dawson Academy. He is also recognized as a Westchester Magazine “Top Dentist” from 2009 to the present and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Society and the New York State Dental Society.
Dr. Canterino is passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry and enjoys educating patients about their treatment needs while helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. He takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans and working closely with patients to ensure they feel informed and comfortable throughout their care.

Passionate about restorative and general dentistry, Dr. Lanza finds great fulfillment in helping patients restore both function and confidence in their smiles. He especially enjoys making dental visits a positive and comfortable experience, particularly for patients who may feel anxious or nervous about treatment.
Dr. Lanza is known for his direct, honest, and educational approach to patient care. He believes in clearly explaining treatment options and involving patients in every step of the decision-making process. His philosophy is simple: treat patients as people, not just as patients. Michael Maiorino, DDS

Michael Maiorino, DDS, is a General Dentist at Your Smile Dental of Hauppauge and Your Smile Dental in (Commack) with 25 years of dentistry experience.
Dr. Maiorino earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from NYU with honors and has continued his education in restorative dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and patient-centered care. He is committed to staying current with the latest techniques and technology to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
In addition to dentistry, Dr. Maiorino served as a first responder volunteer during 9/11 and has received humanitarian awards as well as the Empire State Medal of Freedom award.
He was drawn to dentistry because it combines hands-on work, problem-solving, and the ability to improve both health and confidence. Dr. Maiorino especially enjoys building relationships with patients and helping those with dental anxiety feel more comfortable and confident during their visits.
He is especially passionate about restorative and cosmetic dentistry, along with preventive care. His approach to patient care is patient-focused, honest, and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on clear communication, comfort, and efficiency.

Jerold Levinbook, DMD

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Levinbook also proudly served in the Army Dental Corps and completed additional training at the Long Island Dental Study Club.
Throughout his career, Dr. Levinbook has enjoyed working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. He believes dentistry is about more than just treating teeth — it is about caring for people and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and understood. His calm demeanor and gentle communication style help patients feel relaxed and at ease during their visits.
Dr. Levinbook is especially passionate about smile repair and improving patients’ quality of life through thoughtful and personalized treatment. He believes in speaking with patients in a caring and respectful way, always taking the time to educate and support them throughout their dental journey.

Christopher W. Oglesby, DDS

Christopher W. Oglesby, DDS, has been providing exceptional dental care with compassion and dedication for more than 34 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook in 1987 before receiving his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 1992. He later completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 1994.
Dr. Oglesby is committed to delivering comprehensive dental care with a strong emphasis on cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. Known for his caring and patient-focused approach, he takes pride in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while ensuring they feel comfortable throughout every step of treatment.
Dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Oglesby is certified in Clear Aligners and Oral Sedation and regularly participates in continuing education courses. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the East End Dental Society.
In his free time, he enjoys playing bass guitar, deck hockey, chess, and is the proud father of four children.
Fariah Mamoor, DDS

She earned her degree from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2016 and completed her General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where she further developed her skills in patient-centered care and advanced dentistry.
With nearly a decade of experience in dentistry, Dr. Mamoor was inspired to enter the field by her father, who is also a dentist. Growing up watching him care for patients sparked her passion for helping others improve their oral health and confidence through dentistry.
Dr. Mamoor especially enjoys helping patients feel more confident in their smiles and creating a comfortable environment for those who may feel anxious about dental visits. She is passionate about preventive dentistry and strongly believes that patient education and good home care habits are the foundation of long-term oral health.
Known for her gentle, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach, Dr. Mamoor focuses on the unique needs of every individual patient. Grace D. Faraccio, DDS

Grace D. Faraccio, DDS, serves patients at the Commack office and brings more than 20 years of experience in dentistry to the practice. Before becoming a dentist, she worked as a dental assistant for 10 years, where the mentorship and guidance of the dentists she worked alongside inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry herself.
Dr. Faraccio earned her undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the NYU College of Dentistry. She completed her dental externship at North Shore Hospital in Manhasset and her dental residency at Jamaica Hospital. She is also Invisalign certified and an active ADA member.
Passionate about implants, cosmetic dentistry, and Clear Aligners treatment, Dr. Faraccio enjoys helping patients feel confident about their smiles. One of the most rewarding parts of her career has been caring for many patients since childhood and watching their smiles grow with them into adulthood.
Known for her compassionate and patient-focused approach, Dr. Faraccio always strives to do what is best for each individual patient. She takes pride in being available to discuss concerns, answer questions, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their care journey.

Vanessa Gang, DMD

Vanessa Gang, DMD, earned her dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency training at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where she further advanced her clinical skills in comprehensive patient care. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Gang now resides in Westchester County and enjoys serving patients throughout the region. Rafael Badalov, DDS

Rafael Badalov, DDS, provides care at our Selden, Commack, Village, Freeport, and Hauppauge locations. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2022, completed a General Practice Dentistry Residency at Kings County Hospital Center in 2023, and an Internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center in 2025.
Dr. Badalov has also completed live implant training (May 2026) and is pursuing Master membership with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and membership with the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP). He has been practicing dentistry since 2022, inspired by his childhood pediatric dentist, whose energy, compassion, and ability to make patients feel at ease sparked his passion for dentistry and surgical care.
Dr. Badalov enjoys alleviating pain, helping patients improve their oral health and quality of life, and educating them so they can make informed decisions about their long-term dental health. He is especially passionate about dentoalveolar surgery, complex extractions, implant-based restorations, oral pathology, and the surgical management of complex cases.
He finds it incredibly rewarding to restore patients’ function, comfort, and confidence through surgical care, while emphasizing comprehensive treatment planning, bone grafting, socket preservation, and ridge augmentation to achieve lasting results.
His approach to patient care is comprehensive, patient-centered, and built on trust. He strives to provide honest treatment planning, precise and gentle care, and an experience where every patient feels heard, comfortable, and better than when they arrived. Outside of work, Dr. Badalov enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, reading, exercising, running, and relaxing with great movies and television series. Some of his favorites include Pulp Fiction, The Dark Knight, Game of Thrones, and The Sopranos.
A fun fact that patients may enjoy is that he once removed a tooth from a crocodile—yes, really! One of his favorite quotes is, “Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.”
Jonathan M. Cohen, DDS

Jonathan M. Cohen, DDS, was born and raised in Great Neck, NY.
He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with multiple honors.
He then completed a General Practice Residency at North Shore LIJ, where he was able to gain more clinical exposure to all aspects of restorative dentistry, Dental Implantology and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
After completing his general practice training, he went on to complete five years of residency in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and University Hospital, a Level One Trauma Center in Newark, NJ.
During his last year of residency, he served as the Chief Resident. During that time he would perform the most complex procedures while having the opportunity to educate students and residents in both clinical and academic Oral Surgery.
While training at Rutgers, Dr. Cohen twice received the patient advocacy award, recognized by the hospital for his gentle nature and excellence in patient care. Dr. Cohen has active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Nicole A. Teehan, DDS

Nicole A. Teehan, DDS, is a compassionate and patient-focused dentist who has been dedicated to the field of dentistry since 2001. She began her career as a dental assistant before returning to school to pursue her dental degree, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and the dental experience.
She earned her dental education from the Loma Linda School of Dentistry and completed her Chief Residency at Brookdale Hospital from 2016 to 2017. Dr. Teehan is passionate about oral rehabilitation and helping patients regain both comfort and function through personalized treatment plans.
Known for her gentle, personal, and patient-focused approach, Dr. Teehan believes in making every patient feel comfortable and cared for during their visit. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping create a positive dental experience, especially for those who may feel anxious about treatment.
Dr. Teehan values collaboration with her team members to provide comprehensive patient care and believes in treating patients with honesty and compassion. Her philosophy is to recommend the same care she would suggest for her own family members.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Teehan enjoys traveling, running marathons, and spending time with her four dogs and two cats. Patients may also be surprised to learn that she owns a bar in Queens, reflecting her energetic and entrepreneurial personality.
Jonathan Morcos, DDS

Jonathan Morcos, DDS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive oral, implant, and dentalveolar surgery care to his patients.
Born in Nassau County, New York, Dr. Morcos earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University before completing four years of specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center. His training concluded with serving as Chief Resident in the Department of Oral Surgery.
Dr. Morcos remains committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in oral surgery and patient care. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Dental Association. He is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Dental General Anesthesia.
Throughout his career, Dr. Morcos has performed countless procedures ranging from wisdom teeth extractions to maxillofacial trauma and reconstructive surgery. He is also experienced in research and education, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national conventions on topics including implant surgery, facial trauma, and orthognathic surgery.
Dr. Morcos has lectured at venues including the Greater New York Dental Meeting, the New York State Society for Oral Surgery meetings, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons meetings, and New York University.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Morcos enjoys spending time with his wife and young children.
Antonio Del Valle, DMD, MD, FACS

Antonio Del Valle, DMD, MD, FACS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in private practice. He is one of the few oral surgeons in the New York region to earn both DMD and MD degrees.
Dr. Del Valle earned his DMD degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry in 1996 and completed his residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Jersey City Medical Center in 2000. After several years in practice, he attended Jefferson Medical College and earned his MD degree in 2007. Following medical school, he completed one year of general surgery residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center in 2008.
His professional experience includes serving as Assistant Program Director of Residency Training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln Medical Center and Chief of OMS at the Bronx VA Medical Center in affiliation with Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Del Valle is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He also holds attending privileges at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Lenox Hill Hospital and is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
When he’s out of the office, he enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Dr. Eric Frank DDS, MA, MS

Before joining the Your Smile Dental of Lindenhurst, PLLC, Dr. Eric Frank earned his dental degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
He also earned a master’s degree in orthodontics from the university. Dr. Frank has served as a dental volunteer across the globe, including in Israel and Jamaica. His research has been published in numerous journals.
When not seeing patients, Eric enjoys writing poetry, running, scuba diving, skiing, golf, and being an active triathlete. He lives in Springfield, NJ.
Saro Atam, DMD, MS
ORTHODONTIST
Saro Atam, DMD, MS is a board-certified orthodontist with extensive training and experience in comprehensive orthodontic care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed his Certificate in Orthodontics and Master’s in Biomedical Sciences at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Atam is experienced in a wide range of orthodontic techniques and technologies, including conventional orthodontics, the Damon System, Invisalign, ULAB, 3M Clarity Aligners, TADs, and implant-supported palatal expanders. He also has expertise in Phase I orthodontic treatment, digital orthodontic workflows, 3D printing and scanning systems, appliance fabrication, and wire bending.
He currently practices orthodontics at multiple dental practices and at NYU Langone Hospital, where he is involved in cleft lip and cleft palate care. His professional achievements include the JCO Resident of the Year Award and the AAOF Charles J. Burstone Research Aid Award, along with several clinical and research honors. His research interests include digital orthodontic workflows, 3D printing, appliance fabrication, and dental materials.
Lindsay Stearn, DDS

Lindsay Stearn, DDS, is an orthodontist with over 10 years of experience in dentistry. She attended NYU for dental school and completed her orthodontic residency at Montefiore Medical Center.
Coming from a family of dentists and orthodontists, Dr. Stearn developed an interest in dentistry at a young age while spending time in her father’s office. She is especially passionate about clear aligner treatment, early orthodontic intervention, and creating treatment plans that are effective while fitting each patient’s lifestyle.
Dr. Stearn enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their treatment. She finds it especially rewarding to see the confidence that develops from a healthy, beautiful smile over time.
Her approach to patient care is personalized and detail-oriented, with a focus on helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout every step of treatment. She believes both function and aesthetics are important because a healthy bite is just as important as a great smile.

Allie Luxenberg, DDS, is a periodontist who has been practicing for the last 7 years. She attended Columbia University, where she majored in Biology, before earning her dental degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. She then completed NYU’s Advanced Education Program in Periodontics.
Dr. Luxenberg is especially passionate about implant dentistry and helping patients restore their smiles and achieve their quality-of-life goals. She enjoys being able to help patients solve dental problems and feels fortunate to make a positive impact through her work every day.

Iman Mizani, DMD, MS, PhD, is a Periodontist and Implant Specialist at our Yonkers location. He earned his dental degree (DMD, PhD) from the School of Dentistry at the University of Bonn in Germany, completed a Master of Science in Periodontics at Columbia University’s Division of Periodontics, and received a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, NY. Dr. Mizani has been working in dentistry since 2004 and has practiced as a periodontal specialist since 2012. His inspiration for dentistry began during an internship at a dental laboratory, where he became fascinated by the intricate methods and precision involved in every process. He soon realized that mastering dentistry allows him to create and restore health, harmony, and aesthetics for patients, making it both an art form and a lifelong motivation.
Dr. Mizani truly enjoys helping patients improve their health and quality of life, and finds their gratitude both fulfilling and a meaningful way to give back to the world. He is especially passionate about periodontal regeneration, rejuvenating smiles through periodontal plastic surgery, and restoring missing teeth with dental implants using minimally invasive and microsurgical techniques. Stephanie Marie Sfiroudis, DDS, MS, earned her Certificate in Periodontology and Dental Implants from Stony Brook University in 2020, along with a Master’s degree in Oral Biology. She became a Board-Certified Periodontist in 2021 and is LANAP certified for laser gum surgery around teeth and implants, as well as laser frenectomies.
Dr. Sfiroudis is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), NESP, ADA, and the Nassau County Dental Society.
She graduated from dental school in 2017 and completed her periodontal specialty training in 2020. Her inspiration for becoming a periodontist came from her grandfather, who had full upper and lower dentures. That experience motivated her to learn everything she could about saving teeth and helping patients maintain their oral health. She also enjoys arts and crafts, working with her hands, and the esthetic aspects of implant placement and tissue preservation.
Dr. Sfiroudis enjoys saving teeth, fixing problems for patients, and building trust with those she treats. She is especially passionate about periodontal plastic surgery, microsurgery, and dental implants.

Katelin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Farmingdale State College. Growing up with a mother who was a nurse and a father who was a pharmacist inspired her passion for healthcare and helping people.
She enjoys connecting with patients and building relationships with people from all different backgrounds. Katelin loves educating patients and helping them stay calm during their visits, which she believes helps improve their overall health. Some of her patients have even become friends over the years.
Her favorite area of dentistry is treating gingivitis and periodontitis, and she finds it especially fulfilling to help patients return to a healthy state.

Brooke is a Registered Dental Hygienist with certifications in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide monitoring and administration. She is also BLS certified and regularly continues her education to stay current with the latest advancements in dental care.
She is especially passionate about preventive dentistry and helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall health. Brooke enjoys helping apprehensive patients feel comfortable and creating a positive experience where patients can actually enjoy their visits.
